minor issues during stay
small room english channel
the room size was really small. it made moving around difficult, specially with luggage. also, i was not able to find an english news channel on the tv. considering the number of english-speaking guests, i think that its an odd omission.

indoor pool lovely window private hour
the staff was very cute. i really liked the interiors and my room had a lovely window. it was the indoor pool that was the highlight for me. i booked it for a private hour and this was magical.
my room lacked some coziness. it did not have carpeting and slippers were not offered. walking around was a small struggle.

friendly staff perfect location quiet atmosphere outdoor space weak system faulty light
the staff was friendly , they welcomed me very well. the hotel is gorgeous , it is in a perfect location. i appreciated the location because it was central yet quiet at night.
my room was not in a typical indoor hotel area , it was like built within an outdoor space. the toilet flushing system was very weak , it did not function properly. one of the wall lights was faulty , it kept flickering throughout the stay.

Acceptable stay, minor inconveniences
poor hot water pressure uncomfortable walking
The location was great, near the Pantheon.
My room was not cozy at all. It lacked carpeting and slippers. I found walking around in the room rather uncomfortable. Hot water pressure in the shower was also very poor.

excellent stay in a prime location
prime location friendly staff super clean room charming vibe
the location was superb, offering easy access to many attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. everything was super clean and exactly as described , i really appreciate that. the hotel also had a charming vibe .
the elevator was quite small , it was difficult to maneuver with luggage.

decent Stay, Some Issues
helpful staff great position nice restaurants spartan facilities missing carpeting offered slippers
the staff at the desk were lovely and very helpful I needed some assistance. the position is GREAT however the restaurants in the immediate vicinity are very much aimed at tourists. we found some great restaurants with a 15 minutes walk.
the room facilities were fairly spartan I did not have drinking water or tea. the room lacked some coziness I expect from hotel accommodation. there wasn't carpeting, and slippers weren't offered.
